Porto seals pact for longevity economy

The Porto Customs Congress Centre became, for two days, the epicenter of an urgent debate: how do societies designed for short lives prepare for citizens who will live to be one hundred years old? The NEXii Longevity Congress 2025, on October 8th and 9th, brought together more than two hundred international participants without a single answer, but with a shared conviction – that population aging is more of an economic opportunity than a threat.
